SAMSUNG S8 AND J5PRO DEALS

I requested a contract from MTN website for the double deal contract.they contacted me the next day and approved the deal but could not load the second airtime deal as they say it is not loaded so I should go to a store.the next day the call centre called again and approved the deal again but without the second airtime contract.then I went to Southgate store and they loaded the application.they told me the turn around time for an answer is between 2hrs to 24 hrs.upto now more than 36 hours has passed and the store cannot give me an answser.The service at MTN has alsways been terrible.The stores don't care for the customers.How can a call centre give an approval answer immediately by me just giving them my ID Number and the store cant?Also why is MTN offering something they don't or cant commit to?This is false advertisng.I also spoke to someone who handles complaints at a store level and he said that the call centre as well as the store works on the same system.so they should be able to load the airtime.Im really upset and have waisted my 2 days of valuable time.Shame on MTN.
