ridiculous

i handed my phone for repair as it went off and never when on again and i receive the quote for the repair of the phone and it was more than the settlement of the phone and i feel it is ridiculous as i can easily pay the amount and settle the phone and apply for the new contract somewhere and pay whatever i have being paying monthly for this account.
