REFUND

<p> </p> <p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>me and my fiance was clients of MTN 2 months ago.</p> <p>we both recieved an MTN bill mine was R500.00 and my Fiance was about R980.00 we went to our nearest MTN branch to find out what is going on.</p> <p>we have told them we are no more client of MTN because of useless service we recieved in the last past 2 years. and we still getting a bill from you guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>they can not tell what is that R500.00 on my bill </p> <p>they told my fiance his R980.00 is credit on his bill so he requested to be refund back to him and they just simply say they will not refund it back to him and that is totally UNACCEPTABLE!! we want that money refund as soon as possible because we are no more clients of MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>i also want to find out what about my R500.00 is it also credit or what??</p> <p> </p> <p>please get in contacted with me as soon as possible. ***</p>
