Poor service .

Did an online licence disc renewal with MTN mobile money on the 3rd November 2022,up to today i have not received my licence disc and i get into trouble with traffic officials all the time as there is no concrete proof that i have renewed my licence disc, multiple times i tried to get clarity i get nothing.except that they say they sent the parcel to fastway couriers but there is no tracking number amd the number they give me to call says it does not exist
