Poor Service

there's new mobile contract between me & them begin at oct 2015 ending in 2017, to date i don't get my top up masseges as per my contract, according to them there's network problem, from oct 2015 i have never receive any top up while i'm paying my contract monthly, i'm getting the some comments each time i visited their offices, let alone the attitude of their people.
