Pending vouchers

Good day

Kindly assis I cashed out 10 000 from the momo app on the 3rd of this month and I haven’t received any Nedbank vouchers and Nedbank doesn’t see anything on their side I also emailed MTN momo a couple of times but they keep sending me from pillar to post I provided everything they asked for yet the matter hasn’t been resolved And the money hasn’t been returned into my MTN account
