Pathetic mtn call centre

I have been trying to cancel my contract with mtn today but low and behold no one answer except a !@#$ computer. After 3hours and 27 minutes on hold my battery died. I need to cancel my contract today or it goes on for the next billing cycle. What the hell mtn.... are you taking a leaf out of the government's book here?
