Pathetic

Renewed my licence disk on the 2nd of September 2020. Did not want to stand in a que for 2 to 3 days and I have to drive 120km to do my licence and MTN MoMo promised you will have it in 5 days. I have been in contact via email with them every week since then. Mostly received the same answer, the traffice department is backed up and my licence will be prossesed. Well my licence has now been expired for a month and a half. 2 weeks ago I did enquire again and got answer that licence must be printed and then courriered to me. Last week still nothing and emailed again. Got reply that my licence is in prosses and will be updated with sms. Got sms yesterday that my licence is still being processed and please be on the look out for an update via SMS. It has been almost 2 1/2 months now and they only give excuses and no real help at all.
