one person can make a difference

<p>I have been fighting with MTN for the past few weeks. I contacted their call centre today expecting the same horrible service I have been receiving from the I employees however I was pleasantly surprised today.</p> <p> </p> <p>A lady by the name of Wisane Hlongwane assisted me she was professional, compassionate and what really stood out is that she actually listened to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I didnt feel like just another call i felt like a person.
