Not refunded

It's over 4 months since I have been requesting to be refunded ut I was told by the mtn service champion they have sent email to mtn legal to remove my name on legal status as they do not have a direct contact with them. Iam so dissapointed and frustrated as iam not getting any feedback. The last reference that I was given is 1- ********** 2255 can I have my name removed on legal status and be refunded.
