No REWARDS received and PATHETIC IVR HELP/SUPPORT
No REWARDS from the 04 June and PATHETIC IVR HELP/SUPPORT which just LOOPS, offers little resolution and is FRUSTRATING. How can a company that makes billions in profit have such useless help centre ?
