No Answer at MTN Head Office

Last week Monday a Telesale from MTN called me about a Acer I 1 special with 2 gb pm .I accepted the contract telephonically.It has been a week now , no laptop arrived . When I called the head office the number on Google , and it is unavailable.Can someone at the head office please contact me so that I can know when I am getting the parcel or do I need to go to another network
