Network coverage

As a customer I feel very about lack interest from mtn with regard to network problems in rustenburg. Have visited the branch in waterfall countless times and all they tell is they busy upgrading system. This shows MTN isninterested only in specific areas like Pretoria, Joburg and Cape as when one visits this areas network is on another level. As customers we must enjoy same benefits as we pay sane money. What frustrate me is that we loosing potential job opportunities as phones arw constantly not on network. Mtn should decide whether we are valuable customers or just looking after money
