MTN - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

<p>In all my life I have never been more disgusted by customer sevice. MTN basically double debited me with no explanantion, heads up or reason. I have been trying to resolve the problem for almost a month now. Nobody gets back to you and when you call 808 the consultants cut the calls. As for credit management, there is a person named William who is of no decent help whatsoever. They do as they please without even having the decency to properly inform or explain to their clients!!!! I am cancelling my contracts with MTN, they are useless.</p>
