MTN stops you from doing Business - don't sign a Contract

MTN stops you from doing Business. I can only sharing with everyone to NOT TO SIGN a contract so you can move away to another provider.

On 26/07/2018 500mb was issued on my 350min Contract. 5 Days later all Data gone. My Mobile phones shows 14mb used. MTN App show around the same amount.

After many calls and doing format letter requesting URL I still don't have it. I get advice I can buy more Data. Here is my reference for anyone to follow up: 1- ********** 8391 Escalation did not help, another reference number: ********** 10

Can anyone advice me, guide me to some Authority / Ombudsman that can investigate this matter. I have the letter and SMS's whereby MTN acknowledge receiving my documents.
