MTN POOR SERVICE

My husband had mobile contract with mtn and account handed over to VeriCred Collections. He paid and settled the whole balance in Feb 2021 and he even sent mtn paid up letter to close the account ever since it not closed. We tried to apply for a home loan but was declined due to mtn POOR SERVICE they don't do their job. I wont recommend anyone to buy mtn sim card or sign up contract with mtn as their service is DISGUSTING. Acc no: ***
