MTN poor customer service

On 31 October 2025, I used the MTN MoMo service to send money. For some reason, the transaction did not go through. I contacted the MTN call center, and they assured me the matter would be resolved within 24 hours. To date, my issue has not been resolved, and my money has not been refunded. I have made several calls and sent multiple emails to the customer service center, but no one seems able to assist me with my refund. We are now in December, and there is still no resolution.
