MTN momo stole my money

I deposited r1100 via Ozow and it did not reflect on my momo acc. It was deducted from my bank, i even consulted Ozow and they sent me proof that the transaction was successful on their side and that the hold up was with MTN Momo. MTN momo keep telling me to send proof of payment, i do, then they tell me to wait 72 hours. 72hours later, they tell me to resend proof of payment and wait another 72 hours. I've sent proof of payment 4 times now. I'm losing hope about my money. I think of going to the back and see if they can reverse the transaction. They're just ****mers
