MTN Momo Poor Service

This MTN mobile money facility has bad service. Its agents or customer care line is very poor in helping out customers. My money cashed in hasn't reflected in five days now and they keep on saying "the matter is being escalated" instead of actioning immediately. I have sent every documentation requested but still no help and they take longer to respond. What is their customer care job? Poor service. Won't be using it again.
