MTN MOMO IS A ****

Iam very disappointed with MTN momo service and they have no regard for customers . I have two R500 vouchers that I wanted to cash out and I never received the SMS. This was on Sunday and I phoned the call center and they said to me it was a technical issue and they will resolve it the next day. Yesterday it was Monday and still they said they will send back Money today. Up until now, my money is still not sent back to me. I'm not sure what the frickin hell they holding my money for.
