MTN Momo

Since the 28th of October 2023 until now MTN Momo does not want to refund me my money REQ***. I have spoken to more than 10 incompetence staff members including management but still they cannot resolve a simple refund they want a proof of payment for online card purchase which is not possible to get because it was a card purchase i provided them will all the infomation including my bank statement and transaction ID and authorization code. To name few staff memeber Zenande who drops the line everytime i call, Amanda Qusheka, Molifi Le****e,Lwazi Ngomo, Krishnaveni Kanniah, Nandi Xabanisa and Maloase Radebe. I am tired of making calls and email please refund my money!
