MTN Mobile Money Cash In but no credit reflecting

If could rate the MTN Mobile Money a zero star I would. I did a cash In on the MTN MoMo and the money never reflected but transaction went through from my account. I have been calling and emailing for the last 6 weeks without any resolution to my issue, I don't understand how this is acceptable for a financial institution to treat their clients like this. I want my money back. stop encouraging people to use MTN MoMo App if you can't resolve simple client queries. I've had over 6 Remedy Requests all of them closed but not resolved. No man somebody should do something about this, Serigne Dioum come on.
