Mtn Direct upgrade fail

<p>upgraded my data contract for a ipad on 19 july, wanting to know where my device is a week later, cant get through on there contact number, not getting a reply on email, cant get any detail, contract was upgraded on the 19th to the new package, but still no device. very slack service considering what i pay each month for my contracts</p>
