Money not reflecting on mobile money acc

Dear HelloPeter Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against MTN Fintech regarding a transaction that remains unresolved.

On 2 April 2025, I made a payment of R5613.50 using my card ending in 4080 to MTN Fintech. Although I authorised this transaction, I have not received any services in return. Money was supposed to REFLECT IN MY MOBILE MONEY ACCOUNT. TO DATE, NOTHING IS THERE.

Despite several attempts to follow up directly with the merchant, the issue remains unresolved.
