Money not received from Momo

I transferred money from my Momo account to my bank account on the 26/06/2024 and i have not received the money…the turnaround time for the money to reflect is suppose to be 24 hours but its been a week now 03/07/2024 still nothing.When i call to enquire about it i get no help but to be told its pending…
