Money missing from account

I am very disappointed in Momo, I sent money to my dad's bank account. They stated it would take 72 working hours to reflect, five days has passed, I called n sent all the documents needed. No one has come back with feedback the money is just missing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to risk using MTN MOMO.
