Money missing

I'm so disappointed with @MTNza because I deposited money on Sunday night for my kids food now they don't want to give me my money and we don't have food in the house. Anyone who knows how to sue or open a case against mtn please your help would be appreciated because we are starving meanwhile that stupid momo is holding my kids money,@everyone when you get the chance leave this ****in network since Sunday I sent kids money for food on momo till today I haven't received the cash when I ask them they are rounding me about and the loan shark are declining me....we don't have food at the house and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience we have caused....I don't care so we must starve because of mtn when I ask them they keep changing stories on Monday I called them they logged a ticket and today when I check again they telling they logged the ticket the day before yesterday they are not telling me anything about my money just rounding me I hate them and I'm quitting all their services soon as you pay back my R1900 We don't have food and the weekend is going to be long I don't know what I'll do

Anyone with any solution on how to forward this to people that can help me how to file a case or sue
