Momo poor service

Momo service is the worst.. I tried renewing my car license and its been more than a month and no formal communication of progress up to date, no option for refund.. I also paid my dstv and transaction did not get through, no proof of payment retrievable from app to show service provider and call center does not respond, ***, i have been trying for the past 3 days.. Holding up to 1hr no response whatsoever, emails no response, feels like a ****
