Lotto payments fail for no reason and pathetic app

Lotto (Daily) and previous lotto transactions FAIL for no reason as there's money in the account and it's 7pm. There's no way to REPLAY A TICKET and it's the MOST PATHETIC, TIME CONSUMING WAY OF PICKING NUMBERS. What a pathetic app.
