Insurance claim gone horribly wrong

<p>Well, I had to claim for a new phone from my insurers, it was a nightmare, from paperwork to being done otherwise to the phone being blacklisted incorrectly. But one consultant took matters into her hands, I think in my perspective she went above and beyond, from emails, phone calls, sms's. Nolubabalo Mathandabuzo was the best, keeping me updated and all to the extent that I'd ask for her specifically when I called in cause I knew somehow she could get me out of the hiatus.
