i need my phone been repaired or

Hi, i received sms today about my phone, it says its not repaired due to customer ABUSE,the problem its IT DOESN'T CHARGE AND THE CHARGING PORT ITS NOT BROKEN, i even showed the person who assisted me the time i logged the call,only way its to repair my phone or im taking it further with my Lawyer or i cancel the contract as i can t pay something i don't have, its been a month without a phone,so i would like the proper feedback within 5 days,<br> <br> ime: ***<br> job number :***<br> <br> i don't want stories and i wont buy anything from you guys <br> <br> i had contract with you guys from 2006 till know and its kind of service i get from you guys <br> <br> how can i pay R330 while im paying a contract
