Horrible Service

Absolutely horrid service. I sent a cash withdrawal vouchers a week ago. The voucher expired and i tried to generate another voucher number only to find out the vouch expired and paid back to my wallet, but I still haven't received my voucher number to withdraw my number or a refund back into my Momo account. When I escalated the issue to Momo all I get is "we are working on the issue in the backend" for how long? Please see your stupid reference number which hasn't been able to help. Ref ***.Please train your staff properly including the stupid managers or supervisors who are hardly available to answer customer queries
