Horrible experience with Cash in on Mtn Momo

I had a terrible experience with Mtn Momo as I deposited R100 on Friday the 4th of July and it didn't reflect on my account

However the money went off my Capitec account.

I tried several times calling Mtn Momo and emailing them but no response
