HORIBBLE SERVICE

<p>HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been struggling with a handset insurance claim for almost two months! No response from the insurance department - no acknowledgement that my claim was received, never mind what the approximate turnaround will be! I am fed up with MTN. Every month I am paying for a phone I do not have and for insurance that is not responding to me!!! Useless. ‬</p>
