Hi I'm very disappointed with the poor service I received from the Mtn Momo department

Hi I'm very disappointed with the poor service I received from the Mtn Momo department. They're created this concept without doing proper background research. As it is I've won money with Mtn and they credited the Momo account which is not registered in my name and I informed them about it. They refusing to pay me my money and I went through so many channels. Why did they creAte a concept that they can't control and moreover the service champions gave me wrong information and gave me the run around.....Momo needs a serious wake up and I want my money that i won from them.
