HANDED OVER FOR A ********** ACCOUNT!!!!

On the 22nd of July I was applying for section45 at Absa bank and I was told there's a judgement against my name that I owe MTN money. I called MTN's call centre and told them I dont have any account with them, I was told to email an affidavit and a copy of my ID which I did send to ********** on the 26th of July 2018 already. I have been doing follow ups since July and everday Im told the same thing that the case is still opened/not solved. I also send an email to ********** they never rep****. Its more than 2months now.I have been given so many reference numbers as follows;August 1- ********** 3518, September ********** 66 , ********** 71. MTN pin is 5273. I have been speaking to different people, still no help. Now im at a state of loosing my house because MTN is failing to send me a letter to say I dont owe them and also clear my name at ITC. Could you please handle this as a matter of urgency. I am willing to provide as much information as possible. I will also inform Experian Credit of this ********** account.
