Great Incompetence for Convenience MTN MoMo

I have paid for a vehicle license disc renewal through MTN MoMo in October 2021, believe it or not, they still haven't delivered my license disc to date. What a great incompetence, on the app they promise customers that they'll receive their discs within 5 days the latest. What on Earth could be stopping them from delivering the disc? Are they waiting for the disc to expire before they deliver it? After paying so much money is this how they deliver services to their customers? I want all my money back, full refund for the renewal, I still can't use the vehicle even after paying R2310.76 for the license disc. I have followed up multiple times with them on the number *** where they always promised to put my disc on priority, but still nothing happens.
