Funds not credited
Was doing a Cash in from Momo app via Ozow on the 19th April till date hasn't been credited with my efforts they will take you from pillar to post I am sure 80% are not sure of what they doing, can't be tracing 1 simple transaction for 3 months. I have done my part n provided proof from all parties involved. Just pathetic service especially from MTN.

15 Oct 2024, 13:05When I handed the matter to the ombudsman that's when they credited funds to my account imagine 4 months later. Complaining to them won't resolve. Just follow procedure but escalate early
