FAST TO SAY UPGRADE most patethic service

I went in for cellphone upgrade 22/03/2016<br> received phone say day GREAT work MTN<br> <br> However have been given incorrect contract.<br> Was supposed to receive <br> anytime minutes<br> sms's<br> data<br> and free offer valid for month of 30GB<br> <br> I have been phoning up and down to get this and no response<br> Today I have been referred back to MTN canal walk with contact details but when you contact number does not exist after contacting Canal Walk centre they confirm MTN has no contact number???<br> As they are walk-in centre.<br> <br> No one can assist me over the phone I have to go back to store - no one even bother to ask if I am close to the store???? Which I am not.<br> <br> I do not know what to do next??? <br> Definitely breach of contract MTN has taken there funds but not delivered<br> <br> MTN service ZERO<br> <br> Disappointed from great to poor <br>
