Failing Deliver

I took in my phone for a SOFTWARE Repair in 21/11/2014 and till today month of March 2015 i havent got my phone and they keep telling me that its has been sent for despeche.<br> <br> i spoke to Precilla,Dora,and Lerato an acting Manager.
