EFT payment not received by recipient

On the 17th of June 2015 I made an EFT payment to an ABSA account via mobile money, it's been 8 day now, when I call the recipient to confirm whether they have received the payment, the answer is no.<br> <br> I called mobile money to get a proof of payment and they tell me they are unable to provide me with it. their website does not give an option to resend a proof of payment.<br> <br> They were suppose to call me within 8 hours after I called them yesterday morning 24 June 2015, I haven't received a call from them.
