DSV terrible service

Hi MTN how can you use a usless courier who treats your customers terribly. I signed a new contract for DATA and now I want to cancel as this company cannot make arragements to deliver to me as they want to deliver between 9am and 11am and I need to be at home and this is not possible so they told me they cannot make any other arrangements and I should rather cancel my new contract. it is terrible to note that MTN cannot deal with this terrible service provider and they rather lose customers.
