Disappointed

I was due for an upgrade and went to The Glen MTN. I wanted to upgrade to the Huawei nova 5T + Huawei MediaPad. When I got to the store, i was assisted by a lady Busi that was really helpful but in the end I didn't get what I wanted. I was told that I can get the Huawei nova 5T at R599 but not the Media Pad because MTN does not have this package availble. I was really disappointed and would like know why MTN will mislead us and make packages available that we cannot get. I was offered another package which I was really not interested because I particularly wanted that package for study purposes. This has ones again just proven that customer service and satisfaction in our nation is non existent. Customers are just good for the money and nothing else.

I would like to know what will be done about this because I would like to get what was advertised and that is the phone with the MediaPad.

I trust I will receive a response to this as I have been a loyal customer with MTN for over 10 years
