bad service

<p>I phoned MTN last week tuesday to purchase an ipad air 2 for a contract base, the consultant who assisted me stated that i will receive my phone within 7 working days. i am still waiting for my phone even now. yesterday i tried calling them, i was assisted by another who stated that my ipad was dispatched to a Courier company. he then gave me the Ref no: ********** to call them and enquire about my package, which i did. and most Unfortunately they didn't know anything about my package. I reckon MTN consultant are unprofessional and don't care less about their customer. i am thinking of contacting Cell C or 8ta to purchase an ipad</p>
