Are we clients or are we dogs????

So my cell phone got ****** approximately 2 weeks ago, I had my phone blocked and blaclisted. With it obviously being insured I claimed to have it replaced, but little did I know what a draining and aggrevating procedure lay ahead of Me. I submitted all documentation and followed all processes as advised by my OH SO LOVED network provider but didn't receive the same treatment in return. after sending all requirements to MTN and pinnacle insurance I followed up after about 2 days, to find out that there were still outstanding requirements. I then sent what was outstanding to ********** as well as to ********** I followed up 3 days later and got through to a lady by the name of phumzile, who was very rude and decided to put me on hold and then drop the call despite me being on the phone for several minutes to get through to her. I then called back and waited a further 30minutes to get through to a gentleman by the name of Kenneth who then advised that nothing was attached and the documents I sent to Terri and knowledge supposedly weren't received. He then gave me his personal email address, he then assured me that he will attach my documents immediately, I called back 4 hours later to follow up and after being on hold for 20minutes I got through to Philasande who just infuriated me even further, this woman helped me at first and then told me to call MTN customer care are request that my contract summary be sent to me as the one I submitted was incorrect and it would take a number of month for MTN to send it if the insurer requested it directly from them. I then called the customer care call center where I spoke to a lady by the name of Lerato we advised me that they do not have access to that information and it needs to be obtained from the insurance company. At this point, being steamed up and just about ready to explode I called the insurance company (AGAIN!! ) thinking how dare this woman mislead me like that, i then spoke to a guy named moosa and explained the entire story to him, 20 long, agonizing minutes later i was told my claim was approved and now im expected to be happy, how am i supposed to be happy when i was sent from pillar to post and spent majority of my day practically begging for a resolution, is this how you treat your clients? If so then i have absolutely no desire to be an MTN customer any longer, this is the worst service i have ever received in my entire life... i was told that i'll receive my phone 5 days after paying excess so nonchalantly as if the past 2weeks haven't been enough, disgust is an understatement when describing the way i feel about MTN from this day forward
