Bad service

Good day The first week of June i went to buy meat at mtn Butchery after paying they had to search us which i dont mind being searched which is their policies but what makes me angry i gave a lady my bag and she searched it and when i was expecting my bag back it was on the floor and the other guy next to her told her not to pick it up will have to do it buy myself i was so angry about that and they told me that they dont care i can do what i want to report them. pls help me for that their service is not good at all, they treat people bad.
