Ran away with project money

Avoid doing business with Malcolm O'Connor as he is dishonest (MTJ Projects trading as DMK Projects in the general Cape Town area).

We hired him to project manage general maintenance around the house and paid a 60% deposit, the first few days went as expected with him stopping by occasionally to manage his worker, then after a week he was no longer contactable by his worker or myself and has not been in contact for a month despite his phone being on and messages being successfully delivered.

At the time he left +- 30% of the overall work was completed and he had only paid his worker for the first day of work leaving the project in a complete mess.
