Mtimandze &associate’s unfair dismissal of employees and salaries not being paid on time for two months

I was an employee at mtimandze for two years , learning that a company has bad months where they don’t pay their employees on time and off us R100 per day until salaries were paid was understandable but since they made this a norm and not had a business plan for such situations they involved employees on their lack of management of cash flow in the company they never paid employees for two full months expecting us to live on a R100 which they wanted us to use to come to work and go back home ,my father fell sick of hunger and other got evicted from the places they were renting by ,employees absconded due to financial and personal problems the company put their employees in which they couldn’t get control of and the company released half of its employees. After releasing employees 3months went by and the owed salaries to employees that worked the 2 months when salaries wasn’t paid Is still not paid till today instead their paid half of one months salary and stop communicating to the people they released about the remaining balance that is rightfully owed to employees ,poor management communication leaded to employees begging for their salaries that they worked for , all I ask is that the company gets exposure for the lack of professionalism of running a business and not having a business rescue plan for employees for such situations
