Complaint

Mthonjeni Residence and Cafe in durban owned by zamani is not what they say it is he posted pictures that are not his building he hired unprofessional staff. The place is dirty.. Flooded with water when u arrive there they say the place is fully booked so they have cancelled your stay there.. That time u have already paid for the accommodation when u talk to them they point fingers at each other.. He doesn't even want to pitch up and explain him self he doesn't answer his cell phone when u call.. He is so Unprofessional. I had to take out another money and check in in other hotel at last minutes pls don't ever book wit this ppl if u dnt want to go through wat I have been through it wasn't nice at all.. I had to walk in the rain wit a my luggage trying to find a place.. That time it's December most places are fully booked.. Zamani stop what you are doing you are making ppl to through hell
