Horror hotel

I booked a hotel online called Mthojeni hotel It was horror I would never even recommend anyone to book it.. When u look at it on the web it looks lovely until you there.. I was desperate for a place ended u spending a night there.When I woke up in the morning there was no hot water on the main bath the lifts where not working had to walk the stairs from 12th floor.So when I went to complain I was asked If wasn't there a kettle to put hot water.Then I decided to cancel the booking and go and find another place in town. When I went they called a guy who claimed to be the marketing manager for the place who spoke to me via the phone. Who also asked me about a kettle and that I won't get a full refund when I cancel. I said I'm on holiday I can't be putting water in the kettle to bath I paid for a hotel room that has a bath with full equipment. Then when it was time to get a refund it was horror I was told I will have to wait for 3working days nothing can be done. Then the guy who assisted begged the guy to refund me same day as I had no money to pay for the other hotel. I had paid R1500 I was charged R600 for the night and R100 that he used his personal account to refund me R800.. If everything was in order I wouldnt have cancelled the booking but due to the inconvenience caused by them I had... So I had paid them for their bad service... So to whoever reading this please book Mthojeni hotel at ur own risk.
